I am having major problems getting the new Humax Freesat HD box to hve its codes reliably learnt by the TSU 9600.

I have used Philips univ remotes for some 8 years now and successully learnt numerous manufacturers codes, used db codes etc with great success. It just seems that this remote code set is not quite 'normal'.

Basically, 'OK' will work cometimes, sometimes not - Lef and right cursors behave oddly, sometimes working, sometimes not.

Never had this problem with any other manufacturer, and would love someone to either provide me with a copy of their codes, or tell me what I am missing!

Yes, I have tried:

1 - Pointing at bottom right hand corner,
2 - DIfferent disatances
3 - Different duration presses
4 - Altering the code duration
5 - Learning in different lighting
6 - PEP 1 and 2
7 - IR versus extender
8 - Extender low and high levels
9 - Humax tech support (no one ever repleid to my emails!)

At the end of my tether!
