Hi - got the Panasonic HCM-511A IP Camera and Pronto 9600. Can get pictures from the camera fine on the Pronto, but the pan/tilt functions (which should be controllable from the up/down/left/right on 9600) don't work.

If I use the PC software I can pan/tilt the camera so I know the camera is working fine, and I know the Pronto can talk to camera cos it gets pictures. Is this a problem with the camera module/Prontoscript?

Anyone else seen this problem? Any ideas how to fix?!?

You will need to go into the camera setup and enable those functions for guest user access.
