I just got a recent model Panasonic Plasma TV model TH-42PZ80U. I found this page: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/pub/Panason...desProntoCCFformat.pdf which lists many discrete codes.

For input selection, I see discrete codes for all input selections except the "TV" (RF) input.

Does anyone know if this set supports a discrete code for "TV" input selection?

Thanks for the help!

these are ALL the codes that panasonic have released. panasonic do not see the importance of providing assistance to the custom install industry, there turnover of panels will not suffer due to their not proving discrete ir codes, so they don't. as a result the codes you require don't exist. we could probably have this answer for ALL panasonic plasma discrete requests. sorry you bought a panasonic.

Hi Dave

Here's the TV Input code:

0000 0071 0000 0032 0080 0041 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0030 0010 0010 0010 0030 0010 0AFD

The problem is however that it is a discrete code for the toggle rather that the direct Analogue or digital TV input which we all looking for.

Please see my related thread here: http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bi...screte/thread.cgi?5230

Unfortunately I think makitamark is correct and the discrete code to TV Tuner input does not exist.
