I was looking at the harmony remotes that have a charging base, but I can't find out if they have a paging feature, as I misplace my remote a lot. Do any of the harmonys or any other good remote have a paging feature?

Any good remote with that? Not that I've seen. I've only ever seen poor ones, where that was the primary feature.
